We appreciate your business and hope you are happy with our products.  If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you.


  • Email us at info@staywellcopper.com with your order number and indicate the reason for your return. You will have thirty (30) days to return purchases from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must:
  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging. We respect that the item may be tarnished from handling it.
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or Proof of Purchase.
  • Refunds are usually within 3-5 business days. Processing time can be affected by the card issuer and sometimes take up to 10 business days.
    If your credit card is no longer active, refunds will go to the bank that issued your card. Contact the bank to recover funds.

Remember to include your return address. Please use a method of shipping that you can track, as we cannot be responsible for items we do not receive.  Once we receive your package, we will inspect the product. Your refund with be processed immediately. Your refund will be credited back to the method of payment used to make the original purchase.

  • If postmarked within 30 days from purchase, we will gladly refund your money minus a $10 handling fee.
  • Note: You are responsible for filing a claim with the courier if items are damaged during return shipping. StayWell Copper is not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit as a result of poor packaging or illegibly written mailing labels.
